We recently completed our home construction with Aakar Homes, and the entire journey has been smooth and satisfying. Kishan bhai and Meghal have been extremely friendly, professional, and approachable throughout the process. They were always available to discuss any questions we had, offering helpful suggestions and clear communication at every stage.

One of the key strengths of Aakar Homes is their strong network of reliable tradies, which helped ensure the construction was completed not just on time but even ahead of schedule. The build quality, efficiency, and commitment shown by the team have truly impressed us. I’m very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend their services to anyone planning to build their dream home.

I had a fantastic experience building my double-storey custom home in Marsden Park with Aakar Homes. Kishan and his team were incredibly professional, approachable, and always just a phone call away. They completed my 34-square home in just 4.5 months, which was a huge relief as I was managing both rent and land loan interest at the time.

From the very beginning, they helped me make informed decisions—guiding me on where to invest more and where to save, especially during the design and selection stages. Their advice was honest, and their goal was always to ensure I got the best outcome within my budget.

What stood out was how involved I was throughout the construction. At every key stage—piering, formwork, slab, frame, electrical—I was invited to the site, shown the work in progress, and consulted for any preferences or changes. Whether it was adjusting door positions or reviewing electrical points, everything was handled with clarity and respect.

The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Kishan didn’t just build my house—he helped me understand every part of it, which gave me confidence as a first-time builder. Everything was compliant, transparent, and completed without any shortcuts.

If you’re looking to build, I would highly recommend Aakar Homes. Their dedication, speed, and client-first approach made the whole experience incredibly positive. I would happily build with them again in the future

We are currently in the final stages of building our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the very beginning, Kishan & Meghal have been nothing short of outstanding. His professionalism, patience, and wealth of experience have truly made this journey smooth and enjoyable.

Building a home is often considered a stressful process, but thanks to his constant support and guidance, it has been incredibly stress-free for us. At every stage, he has offered valuable advice, kept us well-informed, and helped us make the right decisions with confidence. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients.

Communication has been clear and timely, and he’s always been approachable and responsive, no matter how big or small the question. His attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and trades so efficiently has given us a great deal of peace of mind throughout the process.

As we approach the final handover, we’re incredibly grateful for how seamless and positive this experience has been. We’re excited to see the finished result and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking to build – you’ll be in safe and capable hands!
