Choosing the Ideal Location

Coming up with a Quote

We offer a range of building plans to choose from, serving as inspiration for your dream home. If you have specific design ideas, we can incorporate them into the draft design. Once the design is finalized and approved, we will outline all the specifications and prepare a detailed quote for your consideration.

Contract & Deposit

Upon accepting the contract, a deposit of 5 percent of the quote is required. This deposit allows us to begin preliminary preparations and secure necessary approvals from the local council.

Submission of Council Plans

We will handle the submission of your building plans to the local council for approval. Our team is experienced in navigating the approval process efficiently, ensuring minimal delays.

Colour Selection

At Aakar Homes, we have an experienced colour consultant who will guide you through the exciting process of selecting colours and fittings for your new home. Our extensive range of locally stocked products makes it convenient for you to choose the perfect colour scheme and fittings. If you’re unable to visit our store, we can provide colour charts to assist you in finding compatible products locally.

Commencement of Construction

Once your building plans receive council approval and all necessary permits are obtained, construction will commence. We strive to begin construction on the agreed date or earlier, ensuring a prompt start to your project.

Construction Period

Throughout the construction phase, we will provide regular updates on the progress of your home. Our builders are available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have during this time, keeping you fully informed and involved in the process.

Taking Ownership of your Home

Upon completion of construction, we will invite you to inspect your new home alongside our builder. Your satisfaction with the final results is of utmost importance to us. Once you are pleased with the outcome, the final payment can be made, and we will proudly hand over the keys to your new home.
